Last night was The Valerie Project, which JF was kind enough to inform me of and then treat me to. Valerie and Her Week of Wonders is the best new wave film from 1970 Czechoslovakia I've seen... Also, perhaps, the only one.
P.S. The Cinefamily is my family. Go see the movies worth seeing. Last night's post-event reception in the backyard featured free wine, bread and cheese, fabulous mood lighting and wonderful company. Parking's a bitch because it's Fairfax, but I promise you won't be disappointed.
